How to receive your username and password

1. Download the program (see below)
2. Contact us or email to sales@pro2000.com.au and include your contact details (Full name, office number, mobile number, email address)
3. We will contact you to get your credit card details to process your payment
4. Your account details (login details) will be emailed to you
5. You will also be guided on how to get started with Pro2000

Start here

Important:
Do not proceed with downloading if you already use Pro2000 in the office, if you wish to have your own single user license please contact us ! 

To download your single user version of Pro2000:

1. Click 'Start download' below  and then select 'Run' or 'Open' to download the Pro2000 installation file, do not select the SAVE option. When download is complete you will be prompted to run or open the installation file. If you are prompted with the message 'The publisher couldn't be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software ?'  just click 'Run'
2. Installation will start and it  will guide you through the process. Once the installation is complete, a new icon will be created on your desktop showing 'Pro2000'
3. To start Pro2000, simply double click the icon on the desktop, you will be prompted to enter a username and a password. 
   
   Your username and password will be emailed to you after you complete the above and make your first payment (Credit Card or direct debit)

Important Notes

• Pro2000 requires Microsoft Word (version 2000,  Word XP or higher). If you wish to use the mail merging facilities you should have Microsoft Word installed on your computer. If you have Word 97 version you may experience problem when opening documents from Pro2000.
• Please install Pro2000 unto the default C:\Pro2000 and not any other folder.
• To login to Pro2000 always use your own Username and password
• Uninstalling Pro2000: To uninstall Pro2000 click 'Start' then 'Settings' then 'Control Panel'. In control Panel select 'Add/Remove Programs. Locate the Pro2000 in the list, select it then click 'Remove'

Getting Started

• Start Pro2000 by double clicking its icon on the desktop
• To login to Pro2000 always use your own Username and password
• The program will start and display a blank window (The opening window)

Basic Settings

1. General Settings: Click 'Settings' then 'General Settings' then review the information in the 'Local options', 'Database defaults'. In the 'Local options' tab click 'save' to close this window.
   Do not change any field in the Internet Tab !
2. System Tables: Click 'Settings' then 'System Tables' then review the various tables of Pro2000 which you can configure for your own use, it is recommended that you only review the tables and values but not make changes until you are more familiar with Pro2000  
3. Suburbs List: Select 'Settings' then 'Suburbs table' to setup the list of the suburbs you wish to use in the system.
4. To open the database and start working select 'File' then 'Open database' from the menu.
