The Pro2000 demo version is a fully working single user version, which allows you to enter up to 200 contacts. The demo includes sample data and some documentation.
How to download
Please read important notes below before installing Pro2000.
- To download a demo of Pro2000 please follow these steps:
- Click 'Start download' below and then select 'Run' or 'Open' to download the Pro2000 demo installation file. When download is complete you will be prompted to run or open the installation file. If you are prompted with the message 'The publisher couldn't be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software ?' just click 'Run'
- Installation will start and it will guide you through the process. Once the installation is complete, a new icon will be created on your desktop reading 'Pro2000 Demo'
- To start Pro2000 Demo, simply double click the icon on the desktop, you will be prompted to enter a username and a password,
- Enter Username as 'User' and Password as 'user' (lower case).
- Start download (to download the demo including sample data).
Important Notes
- The demo version of Pro2000 requires Microsoft Word (version 2000, Word XP or higher). If you wish to use the mail merging facilities you should have Microsoft Word installed on your computer. If you have Word 97 version you may experience problem when opening documents from Pro2000.
- Please install Pro2000 unto the default C:\Pro2000 and not any other folders.
- All the data included in this Pro2000 demo version is not intended to be real data and supplied as is for demonstration purposes only.
- To login to Pro2000 always use Username='User' and password=''user' (lowercase).
- Uninstalling Pro2000 Demo: To uninstall Pro2000 Demo click 'Start' then 'Settings' then 'Control Panel'. In control Panel select 'Add/Remove Programs. Locate the Pro2000 Demo in the list, select it then click 'Remove'
Getting Started
- Click 'Start' then 'Programs' 'ProInfo Applications' then 'Pro2000'.
- To login to Pro2000 always use Username='User' and password=''user' (lowercase).
- The program will start and display a help screen on how to setup your preferences

The trial version includes 'On screen help' (f1 or press the help button).
